LABrashear

I am a country girl that loves to rock out to eighties hairbands, alternative, and classic rock.  If one could make a living being a professional student, I would want that job.  I love learning and have so many interests.  I changed my major in college many times.  I went from pre-vet and animal sciences to history to creative writing.  Somewhere in my youth I must have thought my job could be writing about being a dinosaur veterinarian. 

My husband and my children are my world.  If I'm not attending a school party or going to a 4-H meeting, I'm helping my husband with our businesses.  I do not let a day pass where I do not give thanks for them.

I have a wicked sense of humor (not everyone gets it) and love a great scary story.  I do not like being sad.  If one of my stories seems sad, it probably means my sense of humor was lost in translation. 

I am glad to be surrounded by such a talented and wonderful group of people.  Kind, constructive criticism is always appreciated.  However, I ask that those commenting do follow the Golden Rule - treat others as you want to be treated.
